I'm starting to ware wigs and I don't know how much you can adjust the size to.What is smallest and largest can you adjust a normal sized wig?Smallest: 18 inches
Largest: 22 inches
However, I took these measurements when the wig was relaxed. Wigs can stretch a lot. I measured my head where the wig fits and found that it was 38 inches, and I wear my wigs at the largest size and they fit just fine.
