How do you adjust the headlights on a 92 olds cutlass ciera SL?

I recently hit a bump and knocked the right headlight out of whack, I need to know how i can adjust the headlight, i have the angles, and such that the lights need to be at based on my states laws, but i need to know how to adjust them.

You may need to buy a special tool to adjust them. Adjust your headlights on a wall approximately about knee level height that should be a ball park estimate to where your lights should be. if you hit something you might have damaged you fender or suspension you might want to get that looked at.
