I've been on Yaz for 8 months, I start each pack on a Friday, I always have but now I am tired of having a period over the weekend,how can I adjust my pills so I don't have to have it on the weekend?How can I adjust my birth control pills to not get a period over the weekends?Start on Sunday :]

That's actually why they originally encouraged women to start on Sunday, precisely so it wouldn't occur on a weekend. It's funny that you asked this question because my doctor JUST told me that when I saw her about my Yaz prescription. Good luck :]



But remember if you change your start date you won't be protected so use a backup method like a condom.

How can I adjust my birth control pills to not get a period over the weekends?start on a sunday if you dont want periods on the weekends. Next new pack you get wait till that sunday to start it.
