How can I adjust my VW Super Beetle Carburetor with the adjustment screws?

My VW Carburetor has the 2 screws on the side (a larger one on top and a smaller one on bottom). In what order and how do I adjust them to adjust the idle on my super beetle?How can I adjust my VW Super Beetle Carburetor with the adjustment screws?the larger one is the idle and air bypass. that way you dont have to adjust the mixture. it should be a 34 pict 3 carb if im not mistakenHow can I adjust my VW Super Beetle Carburetor with the adjustment screws?Just the big one. If your going to own this VW you need the manuel for fixing anything/everything on this car-engine, and other areas your going to need to keep working. How are the valves ?

If you just need the engine to run at a faster rate, turn the screw that's on the end of the throtle cable linkage arm.
