I just began takingthis medication on Friday, along with Celexa, and i get very sleepy. It is supposed to take approximately six weeks to get used to it, but no anti psychotic is symptom free that is why there is such low compliance with treatment.

If the side effects are unbearable and you start getting the shakes, you can take procyclidine as well. Discuss how you are feeling with your doctor.
