How do I adjust the headlights on my 2003 cobra?

It appears that my right headlight is tiltied up a bit and I cannot find the screw to adjust it. Where is this located? I assume it will be the same for 2003-2004 Mustangs as well.How do I adjust the headlights on my 2003 cobra?there may be a dust cover in the way of the adjustment screws is there a panel to remove either ebouve or to the side of the light assebly? possibly under the hood?
