How do I reset my computer so that I don't have to re-sign on my computer every couple of minutes?

I am not the most computer literature person in the world, but I used to be able to adjust settings--now I can't find the link or whatever to do it. Start button down on the lower left corner of your screen.

Go to Control Panel (it pops up, it's on the RH side, kind of in the middle)

Personalization

Screen saver

Box that says (On resume, display log on screen) box is clicked, unclick it.

OR

it has settings to adjust how long you can ignore your computer before the screen saver kicks in. You can boot that number WAY up so it takes a long time for the screen saver to come on, but that's not real great for the health of yoru monitor.
