How do I adjust the idle speed of a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme?

I have a 91 CS with the 3.1L V6 and it was trying to accelerate by itself and eventually wouldn't run unless i had my foot on the gas the whole time. I replaced the IAC Valve and the TPS and now it will start and idle, but it does so at 2,000 RPMs. So how can I adjust the idle speed of the motor?How do I adjust the idle speed of a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme?You have other problems if it won't idle right.
