How do you adjust a power seat if there was a manual seat there before?

I replaced my broken manual '95 dodge caravan driver's seat w/ a power '99 driver's seat. The wires underneath the seat don't match. Is there an adaptor to make these work together? Is there some way to manually adjust the seat? Is there any problem not having the wire from the floor of the van connected to the seat?How do you adjust a power seat if there was a manual seat there before?go to the dealer and they should have a matching male/female set... then do your own hardwiring. It only needs a 12 V source....
